In the first 48 hours after buying, ask Google Play directly: open play.google.com, go to your order history, and choose Request a refund, or use Google's refund page: support.google.com/googleplay. After 48 hours, email [email protected] with your Google Play order number (it starts with GPA.) and a person will look at it.

Close the app fully and open it again with a signal, then tap Restore purchase. Check that the phone is signed in to the same Google account that paid. If it's still locked, email us your Google Play order number (it starts with GPA.).

Word to PDF draws each page as a picture, so it looks right but the text can't be selected or searched.

PDF to Word pulls the text out so you can edit it, and simplifies the layout: columns, tables, and pictures don't carry over. Pick Exact look to put each page in as a picture instead.
